Download Microsoft 365 Applications

Microsoft 365 allows University of Houston-Downtown faculty, staff, and registered students to install Microsoft 365 Apps on up to 5 personal devices such as PC, Mac, Android, and iPhone.

Note: You cannot install Microsoft 365 Apps on your UHD owned computer.

To Download

1. Log onto Microsoft 365
2. Click on the Apps and more icon at the top left
3. Click More Apps
4. Find Install apps in the upper right corner. Select Microsoft 365 Apps. This will bring up a list of items to install including Office and Project.
5. Click the Install that you want and follow the instructions to complete the download and installation.
6. The installer will download and install the latest version (64-bit by default unless a 32-bit version is detected).
7. Activation happens automatically when you sign in with your UHD account.
