IT Development Request

Please use this form to submit IT Development requests to the UHD IT team. The form should be used for production fixes, enhancements, maintenance, new development, and other technical requests related to supported UHD applications and systems.

When submitting your request, you will be asked to select the appropriate Category Type:

• Production Fix – An issue or defect affecting functionality in a production system.
• Enhancement – A change or improvement to existing functionality.
• Maintenance – Routine or planned technical maintenance or updates.
• New Dev – New functionality, applications, integrations, reports, workflows, or other development needs.

Examples of requests include: PeopleSoft development, Power BI, APIs, data feeds, SFTP, DocuSign, DocuWare, PowerApps/Workflows, websites, web tools, feasibility analysis, and other IT development needs.

What happens after you submit a request?
The IT Development team will review the request and contact the requestor as needed to clarify requirements, discuss next steps, and determine the appropriate approach and priority.
