The Faculty Success Database by Watermark provides an avenue for collecting and organizing faculty data. Faculty can store artifacts of works, research publications, presentations, service activities, and teaching to a central secure web based location.

The Faculty Intellectual Contributions (IC) Dashboard is an internal PowerBI dashboard that brings all faculty contributions together in one place. The repository is used for identifying publications to feature in university promotional materials such as Bayou Scholars, the university's faculty publication. This dashboard also includes some data integrity reports when important information is missing from entries.

Web Profiles

Information from the Personal and Contact Information Screen

Name: If your name needs to be updated in your Faculty Success record, please contact Swe Swe Htay at htays@uhd.edu.

Title: If your title is not correct, please let us know so we can ensure HR has your terminal degree transcript on file.

Contact Information: Your Office Contact information is fed directly from PeopleSoft HR (P.A.S.S.). If your office phone number or location needs to be updated, please work with your Department Business Administrator to update your contact information in P.A.S.S. This information is also passed from Watermark to Simple Syllabus, so its accuracy is important for students.

Photo: You may upload a personal photo to the Personal and Contact Information screen in Watermark. For best results in your online profile, please upload a file that is 300x300 pixels. Your photo is passed from Watermark to Simple Syllabus.

Brief Biography: If you choose to include a brief biography on your profile, there is a trick to creating hyperlinks that pass from Watermark to your online profile. Enter the text you want linked in square brackets, immediately followed by the full URL inside parentheses.

For example, entering the following in the brief biography field:
