The Enrollment Communications and Client Relationship Management (CRM) team supports the recruitment, enrollment and retention of prospective and current students by providing consistent, accurate, persuasive, and timely communication. The unit partners with University Relations and departments to develop marketing collaterals that impact enrollment for the success of programs and services.
